1> Double low plates trailer frame structure . Trailer frame was made from G610 steel whose strength is 

1.5 times than common steel while dead weight is much lighter.

2> Side beams. Adopts "I" shape frame which was welded by Mn plates instead of channel steel.

3> Goose neck place was completely reinforced.

The trailer chassis automatic submerged arc welding to ensure the welding seal solid.

Rust cleaning, sand blasting whole trailer frame before painting. Chlorinated polyethylene paint with a 

perfect corrosion-resistant process.

Painting

Two layers of primer after treatment of sand blasting then two layers of final coating of color. 

High painting technology will reduce the trailer rustiness.
