Wind energy is a green energy and a renewable energy. We install huge wind turbines in the wind farm and use the wind to drive the fan blades to rotate, thereby converting wind energy into electrical energy. How to transport these precision equipment, heavy equipment and oversized equipment from the production site to the project construction site, is indeed a big problem.

Because most of my country's wind power is built in underdeveloped areas such as mountainous areas and Gobi with sparsely populated or primitive natural conditions. The natural environment of the roads in these places is very harsh. Some roads that have not yet formed will pass through sharp turns, circling mountain bends, tunnels and other places that are extremely inconvenient for large loads such as wind blades to pass through during transportation. During the transportation of the wind blade, the protection of the wind blade is the first. The production process of the wind blade is very high and sophisticated technology. It is made of many precision induction materials. There are many composite metal sheets on the blades and the joints. There are countless welding points, such as a little bump during transportation, even the size of a soybean, will have a serious impact on the function of the wind blade, or even scrap it. Therefore, the absolute safety of the wind blades must be guaranteed during the transportation process, and it can ensure unimpeded traffic in various road conditions.

First of all, choose the right vehicle, dedicated for special vehicles.
There is a secret weapon on the special transport vehicle selected this time. This vehicle is equipped with one of the special equipment for transporting wind blades-a modified hydraulic press; at the same time, the vehicle is equipped with facilities that can fix the roots of the blades, and the blades can be firmly fixed as if they are installed on a fan. The truck is equipped with a rotating platform with a hydraulic machine, and the device for fixing the fan blades is installed on this platform, so the platform can rotate 360° and can be controlled freely.
On normal roads, the truck will carry the blades on the body at a 45-degree angle. This ensures the stability of the blades, while also shortening the length of the entire body, reducing the risk of bumps, and turning the road through the disk. When crossing roads or when there are roadblocks, the manipulator can adjust the position of the fan blades at any time according to the road conditions to avoid high-voltage cables, mountain trees, buildings and other obstacles to adapt to the road conditions and bypass Interference to ensure the completion of transportation tasks in a safe space.

This transportation started from Wuxi, Jiangsu. After three days of transportation, the total distance reached 1,500 kilometers and arrived at the project site. The road passes through country lanes, bustling suburbs, highways, overpasses, mountain roads, etc. The road conditions are very complicated. The team sent a plan team to explore the road ahead of time, record the necessary road conditions and alternate routes throughout the entire journey. Various signs on the road, such as height limit, width limit, and turn and turn, are accurately marked, and positioning coordinates are made in each special section. , And complete the necessary clearance procedures. In addition to a comprehensive inspection of the vehicles before departure, special training was given to the fleet drivers and machine operators, various predicted operating angles were simulated, and formal operating documents were formed.
This time the convoy consisted of four vehicles and a total of 12 crew members. A leading vehicle, which opens the road and warns of road conditions, is also a dispatch vehicle; three special transport trucks are loaded with blades. Under the leadership of the leading car, we borrowed on every road along the way, adjusted corners, and cooperated with the crew. Although we encountered a few minor accidents, based on their experience and resilience, they were able to solve the problem properly and safely. Reach the destination.
